Meet & greet is not a luxury gimmick
It is navigation. Arrivals halls are crowded, signage differs by terminal, and mobile signal can be patchy when you need to find a driver. A named chauffeur in the hall removes one decision when you are jet-lagged or managing family travel.
Heathrow T2–T5
Each terminal has distinct pickup zones. Your confirmation should state terminal, meeting point (often near arrivals or a designated chauffeur desk), and the mobile number of the driver on the day.
If you use e-gates and travel light, you may still want meet & greet for first-time visitors or when carrying oversized luggage.
Gatwick, Stansted, Luton, City
Gatwick North and South are separate campuses — getting the wrong one adds thirty minutes. Stansted and Luton are farther from central London; fixed pricing matters more because meter creep hurts on long motorway legs.
London City suits City and Canary Wharf passengers with short walks — but tight aircraft turns mean your chauffeur must monitor actual landing time, not schedule.
If plans change mid-flight
Send the ops desk your new ETA as soon as you know it. Professional dispatch replans without treating it as a new booking — that is what flight tracking and courtesy waiting are for.
